Two Little Cars Damaged When a GMC Pickup Rear Ends Them

SAN ANGELO, TX — Two small cars were damaged by a big GMC pickup near the intersection of E. 32nd St. and N. Chadbourne St. when the GMC rear-ended one, sending one smaller car flying into the other. One person was rushed to an area hospital with minor injuries.

The pickup rear-ended the Nissan Versa that lurched forward and hit a Toyota Corolla awaiting to turn onto Chadbourne from 32nd St. The crash happened just after 2 p.m.

San Angelo Police Officer and Traffic Investigator Tyler Bohannon said the driver of the GMC failed to maintain speed. The school bus pictured in the photos was not involved in the crash.
