Occupant Ejected in Rollover Crash on Loop 306

SAN ANGELO, TX—A grey SUV was northbound on East Loop 306 near Paint Rock Rd. when the driver drove it into the median. Recognizing this, the driver over-corrected back to the right, causing the SUV to enter a side-skid.

The side-skid propelled the SUV to plunge off the roadway, and roll into the field to the east. DPS reported that one occupant of the vehicle was ejected. The other was trapped inside the vehicle. Both were rushed via San Angelo EMS to Shannon Medical Center. Their conditions are unknown and authorities are unsure which occupant was the driver.

DPS stated that there was only one vehicle involved in the crash, per the investigation thus far.
