The driver of the van was 55-year-old Wayne Kohut. Passengers included 52-year-old Carrie Kohut and 22-year-old Emily Kohut. All three occupants in the vehicle suffered incapacitating injuries.

A fourth occupant, Ben Kohut, 18, is listed as possibly injured.

After first responders arrived on scene, Poole was airlifted to Shannon Medical Center by EMS helicopter.
