Theft, Drugs and Border Patrol Bookings

 

Monday was a busy day for local law enforcement with thieves and drug users pouring into Tom Green County Jail.

Nine inmates were arrested for drug possession charges, one of which fell in the range of greater than four ounces but less than five pounds of marijuana.

The San Angelo Police Department and Tom Green County Sheriff’s office each booked four thieves on Monday, while Border Patrol put holds on two men and one woman.

In all, 38 inmates were booked to Tom Green County Jail while 28 were released.
