Injured Man Found With Car in Twin Buttes

 

On Jan. 6 at approximately 9:15 A.M, San Angelo Police Officers were dispatched to Twin Buttes over the equalization channel. It was reported that a vehicle was in the lake and a male subject had been injured.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Department assisted and was already on scene when San Angelo Police arrived. The victim, 42-year-old Kenneth Phillips, was taken to Community Medical Center. His condition is unknown. The vehicle was only partially submerged and was towed by Home Motors.
