Another San Angeloan Dead, Suspected Drunk Driving

Yet another alcohol-related fatality has occurred in San Angelo, this time involving 22-year-old Joshua David Love on Nov. 9, just weeks before his 23rd birthday.  Love had been travelling eastbound at high speed on the access road of Houston Harte Expressway in a 2007 white Ford F150, when he lost control and went up the embankment.

The truck rolled twice, then landed back on its wheels. At 10:01 p.m. Police Officers arrived on scene at the 3100 block of Houston Harte access road where Justice of the Peace Fred Buck pronounced Love dead.

Traffic Supervisor Sgt. Kennedy, Traffic Officer Hunger and CSI worked the crash; investigators believe alcohol was a contributing factor and a toxicology report has been requested.

The next of kin has been notified.
