Area DPS Offices Closed Due to Weather while San Angelo Office Remains Open

SAN ANGELO, TX-- Multiple Department of Public Safety offices will be closed today due to poor weather and driving conditions.

The following are the counties with officer closures: Callahan, Eastland, Fisher, Jones, Shackelford, Stephens, Mitchell, Nolan, Scurry and Taylor.

The DPS office in San Angelo is still open, but call ahead before going as it may close as well. With more bad weather forecasted for Wednesday night and Thursday morning, more office closures are possible.
