San Angelo Chamber Welcomes Four New Members
The Chamber of Commerce wasted no time kicking off 2014 with four ribbon cuttings in December and the subsequent addition of new members for January.
Among those joining the Chamber in the new year are Candles Handmade by JF-Gifts and More, Wicked Threadz, Trendy Trunk and the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts Solar Array Carport.
Trendy Trunk, a boutique store on 2124 W .Beauregard in the Village Shopping Center, sells a variety of children’s clothes and items as an upscale maternity resale boutique.
Candles Handmade by JF on 2716 Sherwood Way offers a variety of homemade gifts, both in the store and in a variety of craft shows. Judy Fowler has been making candles for years and is a big part of Cactus Market Days.
Wicked Threadz is an urban clothing and accessory store located on 3126 Sherwood Way. They specialize in Sullen and many other brands.
Lastly, the Museum of Fine Arts cut the ribbon on their Solar Array Carport, giving additional power to the museum. This is just a part of future plans that SAMFA has for that particular parking lot.
As new members of the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, these businesses will receive the usual directory benefits, advertising and sponsorship opportunities, as well as higher visibility in the San Angelo Visitor Center.
According to the Chamber’s website, “Your Membership Plaque and Door Sticker offer visibility and credibility to your business. Your customers will instantly recognize that you support your community.”
