Standard Conservation in Effect — San Angelo is in standard conservation, which restricts outside watering to twice every seven days at no more than one inch per week from April 1 through Oct. 31. Watering is prohibited between the hours of noon and 6 p.m. during these months. Runoff of more than 150 feet down any street, gutter, alley or ditch is also prohibited. More instructions are at the City of San Angelo.

The announcement came at 11 p.m., sealing Darby's victory.

A game that’s so rough the players have to wear padding under their jammies to keep from getting damaged too bad. Austin-based developer George Luna collaborated extensively with the City of San Angelo Planning & Development Services to secure approval for a new development named Haciendas Del Luna, located adjacent to Paul Ann on McGill Street. Construction of new streets in this neighborhood began last month, and currently, at least two homes are underway, with the first already having its foundation laid.
