Two illegal migrants were killed and eight others injured in a crash during a high speed chase through Uvalde back in September and the Biden Administration delayed the report until Tuesday after his visit to the border.
18-year-old Justice Guthrie and 20-year-old Hector Gonzalez were arrested by San Angelo Police Tuesday afternoon for Graffiti at a place of Worship, Burial, Monument or School. Guthrie was booked into jail at 2:42. p.m. Gonzalez was booked at 2:43 p.m. Both are being held without bond at this time.
