Catastrophic Damage Expected from Cat 4 Major Hurricane Harvey

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Hurricane Harvey has been upgraded to a category 4 storm.  The eye of the storm is approaching between Port Aransas and Port O' Connor with sustained winds of 130 mph.

Harvey is expected to produce rainfall amounts in excess of 40 inches along the middle and upper coast of Texas through Wednesday.
