San Angelo Firefighters Knock Down Oven Fire in College Hills

SAN ANGELO, TX -- San Angelo Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire in an oven Tuesday afternoon that briefly threatened the home at 2488 Culver Ave.  

According to Carl Berry with the San Angelo Fire Department, the blaze was contained completely in the oven of the house.  

Berry says there was very little damage to the house and no one was hurt.
