It's Time for Annual Friends of The Library Book Sale

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - The Tom Green County Friends of The Library annual book sale will help raise funds for library services.

The book sale will be held at the McNease Convention Center, 501 Rio Concho Dr., and will run from Friday, March 24, until Monday, March 27.

Prices for the books and other media are 25 cents to $1.50; special books pricing will vary. All proceeds from the book sale benefit the Tom Green County Library System.  

The following is the schedule for the book sale:                                             

  • Friday, March 24, 2017 – Preview Night, 5–9 p.m.($10 annual membership fee to enter)
  • Saturday, March 25, 2017 – Open to the public, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 26, 2017 – Half Price Day, 1–5 p.m.
  • Monday, March 27, 2017 – Donation Day, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

Since organizing in 1979, The Tom Green County Friends of the Library has helped support library services through donations and projects. By working with the county commissioner and library administration, a strong leadership team continues to bring Tom Green County residents exceptional library services, according to the library press release.
