Morrison Re-Elected, Challenger Nowlin Congratulates Mayor

A total of 5,413 votes were cast in the mayoral election out of 51,550 registered voters. Only 10.5% of the voters cared to cast ballots. Oh well, most everyone must think our roads are great.
