Remote Controlled Planes Fly Into San Angelo Saturday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Angelo RC Inc. is proud to present the 12th annual Texas Indoor New Year’s Fly-In Saturday, March 3 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, March 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

With one of the biggest venues offered for an indoor event in the Southwest, and our  famous Texas hospitality, this again will be a lot of fun for pilots and spectators both. On Saturday there will be on premises concessions, and plenty of entertainment for visitors of all ages both Saturday and Sunday.

The public is invited to attend this FREE event! The doors will be open 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. till 5 p.m. on Sunday. We will have demonstrations of unique aircraft and racing, combat, and lights out night flying sessions and of course our famous balloon busts on both days. Detailed schedule as event gets closer via website below.

We  will also have a great raffle for RC and non RC items to be drawn on Sunday around 1 pm. 1 ticket for $1, 6 for $5, 13 for $10, 30 for $20, and 200 for $100!

An actual location would be nice. You give a time but no place where these activities will occur.

This occurs in Foster Communications Coliseum, 50 E. 43rd St. The event is free ... and loads of fun. Hope you can make it.
