San Angelo ISD Names New Central High Girls Head Basketball Coach

SAISD administration has announced the new Central High School Girls Head Basketball Coach.  Bric Turner, currently the Girls Head Basketball Coach at Sanger High School in Sanger, TX, will take the post starting with the 2015-2016 school year.

Turner, a native of Lamesa, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UT Permian Basin and a Master of Education degree from Lubbock Christian University.  In addition to being a certified Texas educator in the fields of social studies, health, and All-Level PE, he holds principal and superintendent certifications.

Turner has a win/loss record of 297/239 and has 19 years of coaching experience with seven years as a head coach.

He and his wife Tanya are the parents of four children.
