San Angelo Police arrested 27-year-old Tristian Prather on several charges including Burglary of a Vehicle, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of less than 2 ozs Marijuana, Possession of less than 1 gram of Fentanyl, and Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia.
This marks the fourth straight year that CBP has surpassed 1 billion cut flowers, with this year’s numbers expected to surpass 2022 by the end of the season.
Border Patrol Agents picked up four of the suspects, who are believed to be illegal migrants, detained by the SO, but the other subjects have not been located and possible fled the area on foot.
This suspect is the same student believed to have had a gun on campus Tuesday. There is a directive to apprehend this student, and they have been added to the Midland Police Department’s runaway database.
Dustin Duffy, 35, was arrested by San Angelo Police for Possession of Marijuana, Public Intoxication, two warrants for Contempt of Court, and four warrants for Failure to Appear in Court.
