Teen Charged With Assaulting Young Girl

MIDLAND, TX – An 18-year-old Midland teen is facing serious charges after he was accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.

According to the Midland Police Department, on June 2nd Luis Dominguez picked up the victim from her home and transported her to his house.

While at the home, Dominguez sexually assaulted the girl. According to the victim, the assault took place multiple times over the next few days.

Dominguez was arrested on June 18th by MPD. During an interview with investigators, the suspect admitted he sexually assaulted the victim three times.

Dominguez was then charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, a first-degree felony.
