Aggravated Assault and Family Violence Arrests Top the Father's Day Weekend Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Jermal Ray was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 8:29 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the next day.
  • Tracy Cannon was arrested for UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT: EXPOSE TO SBI and CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE AGAINST THE FAMILY at 6:58 a.m. and was released at 6:13 p.m. the next day on $40,000.00 bond.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 497 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Friday, June 18, 2021:

  • Alexander Lucero was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, THEFT CLASS C, FRAUD/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # OF ITEMS <5, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, MISC CPF x3, and MISC FTA at 12:06 a.m. Lucero’s bond has been set at $18,546.00.
  • Eduardo Ayala was arrested for J/NISI* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 4:29 a.m. Ayala’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • Monique Vigil was arrested for COMM* FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO at 10:30 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Kristopher Schuder was arrested for MISC US MARSHAL HOLD at 10:57 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Cody Thompson was arrested for J/N* UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 1:04 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Debra Trevino was arrested for MTR* BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2) at 2:13 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Michael Smith was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 8:39 p.m. Smith’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Jesus Martinez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 11:22 p.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Jason Brion was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 6:29 a.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m. the next day on $7,500.00 bond.
  • Devin Duncan was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 >=4G<400G at 11:34 p.m. and was released at 4:58 p.m. the same day on $25,000.00 bond.
  • Adam Aguero was arrested for CRIM TRESPASS HABIT/SHLTR/SUPRFUND/INFSTRT at 12:09 p.m. and was released at 5:58 p.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
  • Michael Sloan was arrested for GJI* THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/PREV CONV, FAIL TO CONTROL SPEED- COLLISION W/PERSON OR VEHICLE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, and MISC CPF x3 at 9:16 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. on 6/20/2021 on $1,694.00 bond.
  • Jordan Garcia was arrested for MIP-TOBACCO and LITTERING at 8:04 p.m. and was released at 9:58 a.m. on 6/21/2021 on $824.00 bond.
  • Jose Jimenez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 3:04 a.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. the same day on $390.00 bond.
  • Dustin Riggs was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, LEFT OF CENTER, NO DL, MISC CPF, and MISC FTA at 3:53 a.m. and was released at 5:13 p.m. the same day on $1,969.00 bond.
  • Perez Herrea was arrested for DUTY ON STRIKING FIXTURE/HWY LANDSCAPE >=$200 at 4:17 p.m. and was released at 6:58 p.m. the same day.
  • David Perez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 5:36 p.m. and was released at 7:13 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Shawntae Sloan was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 AT 9:10 P.M. and was released at 12:28 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.

 

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Saturday, June 19, 2021:

  • Mitchell Vitale was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, NO DRIVER LICENSE, MISC CPF x7, and MISC VPTA x1 at 7:58 p.m. Vitale’s bond has been set at $11,172.00.
  • Karl Jarmon was arrested for J/N* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 9:44 p.m. Jarmon’s bond has been set at $15,662.00.
  • Alfred Bejil was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and GOB* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 10:33 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Ethan Flores was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:19 a.m. Flores’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Stanley Johnson was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MAN DEL CS PG 2 OR 2-A >4G<400G at 2:29 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $51,000 bond.
  • Anthony Garcia was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 4:56 a.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Jermal Ray was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 8:29 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the next day.
  • Tracy Cannon was arrested for UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT: EXPOSE TO SBI and CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE AGAINST THE FAMILY at 6:58 a.m. and was released at 6:13 p.m. the next day on $40,000.00 bond.

  • Angelica Morales was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and GOB* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 5:41 a.m. Morales’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Brian Crawford was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, MISC CPF x1, MISC FAIL TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE at 4:54 p.m. Crawford’s bond has been set at $10,502.00.
  • Patricia Morgan was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC CPF x5, and MISC FTA x2 at 5:08 p.m. Morgan’s bond has been set at $2,210.00.
  • Joshua Ramos was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, and MISC CPF x8 at 6:36 p.m. Ramos’ bond has been set at $3,000.00.
  • April Rodriguez was arrested for CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE ELDERLY at 6:46 p.m. Rodriguez’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • Anthony Valenzuela was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION and MISC FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE at 7:32 p.m. Valenzuela’s bond has been set at $5,000.00.
  • Kyle Butterfield was arrested for RACING ON HIGHWAY at 1:13 a.m. and was released at 7:13 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Crystal Helfrich was arrested for CPF* ISSUANCE OF BAD CHECK, FTA FAILURE TO APPEAR x4 at 2:16 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day on $1,816.00 bond.
