Wednesday Chase Leads Police to Multiple Arrests

 

SAN ANGELO, TX--(SAPD) This afternoon, San Angelo Police conducted a traffic stop on a passenger car near the unit block of E. 28th Street.  

Once the vehicle stopped, the driver exited and ran.  Three passengers who remained inside the vehicle were detained while additional responding Officers searched the area.  

The driver was eventually located and identified as Jemi D. Hall, 43, of San Angelo.  Hall, who was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant, was transported to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation after he told Officers he felt lightheaded.  Upon his clearance from medical staff, Hall was transported to the Tom Green County Jail where he was additionally charged with Evading Arrest Detention. 

One passenger, identified as 42-year-old Corey Washington, was arrested for a warrant.  Two other passengers, identified as 32-year-old Gracie Garcia and 24-year-old David Green, were issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

During a search of the vehicle, Officers located a loaded syringe with contents that tested positive for the presence of heroin.  

Additional charges are pending the outcome of this ongoing investigation.
