Meth, Guns & Fugitives; Bad Boys Whatchu Gunna Do When They Come For You

 

SAN ANGELO, TX Oct. 18 (SAPD Press Release)  Members of the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division along with United States Marshals Service attempted to serve a federal arrest warrant at a residence in the 2100 block of N. Lillie Street. 

The fugitive, 33-year-old Monte D. Jarmon, of San Angelo, was wanted for unlawful possession of firearm by felon. 

Once inside the residence, the team encountered a male subject who became aggressive.  A brief raucous ensued and the subject, later identified as 23-year-old Christopher Wick, continued his resistance but was eventually taken into custody after being tasered.  Jarmon was located inside a bedroom and subsequently taken into custody without incident. 

Pursuant to the field-investigation, Investigators located and seized three firearms and a quantity of suspected methamphetamine.  

Jarmon was arrested for his warrant.  Wick was arrested for interference with public duties.  Additional charges may be forthcoming pending the outcome of this ongoing investigation. 

The Department’s Patrol Division and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Agents assisted with today’s apprehension operation.
