SAPD Street Crimes Division Arrest Three in Drug-Related Search Warrant

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- On Tuesday, July 11, 2017, investigators with the San Angelo Police Department's Street Crimes Division and Texas Department of Public Safety’s Criminal Investigations Division executed a Search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of E. 27th Street.

The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace Fred Buck, named 62-year-old Bobby J. Depauw to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. 

Depauw and three adults were detained during the search, which yielded the seizure of a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, packaging materials, marijuana, and approximately $1,800.00 in US currency, according to a SAPD press release. 

Following the operation, Depauw and Renee C. Starnes, 52, were charged with First Degree Felony Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and Alicia M. Daniels, 36, was charged with State Jail Felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1.  All parties were transported to the Tom Green County Jail.

The Department’s K9 Unit assisted with the operation.
