Abilene Sex Offender Indicted By Grand Jury

 

ABILENE, TEXAS -- An Abilene man was indicted today by a Taylor County grand jury after he downloaded a video of young girls having sexual intercourse with an adult male.

Bryan Earl Bell, 50, was arrested March 15 and charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. His bond totaled $60,000.

According to court documents, Bell confessed to using a file sharing program, called eMule, to "download child porn." Bell told police he knew that other users could share his files.

The file listed in the indictment had been shared 30 times.
