Jury Finds Abilene Child Molester Guilty

 

ABILENE, TX – The victim of Marcus Earldale Henslee, 26, will finally receive justice after a jury found him guilty of  Continuous Sexual Assault. Henslee was arrested on March 29,2016 after the 10-year-old victim disclosed to her mother that she had been touched inappropriately.

According to a local news source the girl was at the Hendrick Medical Center when she made the outcry. Police were called to investigate. Court documents attest that Henslee admitted to the charges and threatened to take his own life when he was confronted. According to the court document,  Henslee also called himself a “monster.”

Henslee was held at the Taylor County Jail on a $100,000 since his arrest. The Jury is expected to deliberate on sentencing later today.
