Anson Man Arrested for Indecency with 5-Year-Old Child

ABILENE, TX - An Anson man, 47-year-old Tony Lozano Jr., was arrested for an eight-year-old crime involving a 5-year-old girl, reported KTXS.

As  result, Lozano Jr. is charged with indecency with a child. Court documents noted that Lozano touched the girl inappropriately, said the news source, and the alleged crime took place in November 2008.

"She did not report it until December 2015," said KTXS.

Lozano was arrested Thursday, and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
