Nothing good happens at 2:20 am. Bars close at 2. I don't know why there aren't more cops out to catch the drunks driving home. Good ol' San Angelo. The city doesn't want to crack down on the 100 locations in town that serve alcohol because it's all about money. City counsel may be getting paid off by the trash company, large department stores, and their buddies all own bars that make money ruining people's lives. I hope each city counsel person gets voted out. It's time for change, not just maintaining the old money wealth in San Angelo.
