Big Spring Male In Jail After Killing Roommate

BIG SPRING, TEXAS – A 21-year-old Big Spring man is behind bars after murdering his roommate this past Sunday.

Local police were dispatched to 1603 Sycamore in reference to a "disturbance," reported a local news station. Instead, officers found Victor Saucedo, 41, dead in the living room from gunshot wounds to the head. Another man, Pablo Saucedo-Estrada, 21, was pinned to the ground in the front yard.

According to witnesses, Estrada, after shooting Saucedo, attempted to flee. 

The investigation is ongoing at this time, but the two men are not related.
