ODESSA, TX – Odessa Police arrested the third suspect in the deaths of Irvin Terry and D-Quay Harris in January of 2013. Canaan Bars, 25, was arrested this morning at approximately 8:30 a.m. in the 300 block of East Mable.
According to a local news source, Bars, alongside two other suspects, were responsible for firing the shots that killed Terry and Harris.
Bars has been charged with murder and possession of cocaine after he was found with the substance and drug paraphernalia at the time of the arrest.
