SAN ANGELO, TX - This afternoon, San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division (SCD) detectives developed information about the location of 43-year-old Guadalupe Silva Reyes, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant for Parole Violation.

Public Information Officer Tracy Gonzalez said SCD conducted surveillance on the Super 8 Motel, located at 410 W. Avenue L. Detectives located Reyes inside one of the rooms, and he was in the process of using narcotics with 41-year-old Michelle Martinez, who also had an outstanding warrant.

"During the investigation, detectives located a small quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia," said Officer Gonzalez.

Reyes and Martinez were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and their outstanding warrants.  A third woman, 26-year-old Priscilla Espinosa, was also arrested for outstanding warrants in connection to this investigation.

Gonzalez said Reyes, Martinez, and Espinosa were transported to the Tom Green County Jail without incident.
