San Angelo Man Arrested on Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon Warrant

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Since our last update, 36 people made their way to the Tom Green County Jail. Included in those arrests was Michael Todd Englert, 53, who had an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

San Angelo Police Public Information Officer Tracy Gonzalez said Englert was arrested in the 400 block of W. Beauregard, but no other details were provided.

This is Englert's 11th arrest in Tom Green County.

Overall, local law enforcement executed 20 warrant arrests in the past 48 hours for crimes including parole violation, injury to a child, theft, criminal trespass, evading arrest and more.

In addition to the 20 warrant arrests, 10 people were arrested on new complaints, and three people had both new complaints and warrants. There was also one US Marshal hold and two ICE Holds.

  • Public Intoxication: 1
  • DWI: 1
  • Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon: 2
  • Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon: 1
  • Driving with Invalid License: 1
  • Evading Arrest: 2
  • Possession of Dangerous Drug: 1
  • Possession of Controlled Substance: 1
