55-Year-Old Intoxicated Man Exposes Himself on Lone Wolf Bridge

San Angelo Police arrested 55-year-old Alejandro Samaniego last night for allegedly exposing and touching himself in front of a group of girls.

"Officers arrived and located the subject in question near the west side of the Lone Wolf Bridge," said Gonzalez. "[Samaniego] was intoxicated to the point he was a danger to himself.  Witnesses at the scene positively identified Samaniego as the man they observed."
