Aggravated Assault and Online Solicitation Lead to Wednesday Bookings

Felony warrants and equally serious charges landed 15 individuals behind bars on Wednesday, among them three women and 12 men.

Only six were booked for offenses alleged to have been committed yesterday, which included one man charged with aggravated assault on a family member with a weapon, another charged with assault causes bodily injury, one with a second DWI, one with public intoxication and one 24-year-old man charged with online solicitation of a minor sexual conduct. 

The remainder were picked up on various warrants, including a man who was wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, another wanted for burglary and another wanted for aggravated assault on a family member with a weapon. 

Twenty-four inmates were released on Wednesday.
