Several offenders with multiple charges were arrested on Sunday, many of which paired drug possession with additional crimes. Of the 27 inmates jailed, there were 12 possession charges distributed among them, five of which were for pot possession.
Sunday saw three thefts and three DWIs, as well as an inmate booked on assault, unlawful restraint and reckless driving. There were two public intoxication charges, one evading arrest and one fleeing from an officer.
Sunday saw 27 inmates released from Tom Green County Jail.
