Bullet Holes and Splattered Blood Discovered in a Guest Room at San Angelo's Motel 6

An anonymous tip indicated that a maid discovered bullet holes in the walls of a room at San Angelo’s Motel 6, 311 Bryant Blvd., and blood was splattered on the walls.

The Motel 6 employees were mum about the incident, but indicated that there was an incident, and referred our inquiries to the manager on duty, Jorge. Jorge did not deny the rumors, and said that the motel is cooperating fully with the San Angelo Police Department and referred us to the Motel 6 corporate public relations toll free number. The public relations spokesman from Motel 6's parent company, G6 Hospitality LLC. did not return our calls.

Officer Tracy Gonzalez, SAPD Public Information Officer on duty Friday confirmed that there is an active, ongoing police investigation and she will release information as soon as it becomes available.

A police call for service was made to the 300 block of Bryant at noon today.  Witnesses indicated that there were many police cars and activity ongoing at the Motel 6 at that time.
