WALL, TX -- Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety Sunday afternoon responded to a one vehicle roll over in eastern Tom Green County that sent two people to the hospital.

According to DPS Trooper Jason McMillan at the scene, the driver is suspected to be driving under the influence of alcohol and was traveling eastbound on U.S. 87 south and went off the roadway into the median.  He then over corrected and rolled the black F150 into a field on the south side of the roadway.

Both the driver and passenger were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.  The driver will be cited with driving while intoxicated.
