Pickup Crashes on Loop 306 by the Mall Blocking Traffic

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- San Angelo Police were kept busy Saturday afternoon with multiple reports of crashes around the city.  

SAPD traffic officers and San Angelo Firefighters responded to a crash on Loop 306 by Sunset Mall shortly after 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Traffic was blocked going both directions on the loop while first responders worked the scene.  It appears that the pickup was westbound and crossed the median striking a light pole and was heavily damaged.  

No word yet on how the crash happened or if anyone was injured.
