Little Subaru Rammed and Disabled by Red-Light-Running Ford Fusion

SAN ANGELO, TX — A Subaru Forester was rammed by a Ford Fusion as the Subaru was exiting Goodfellow Air Force Base onto Paint Rock Rd. this morning at around 11 a.m.

According to the San Angelo police, a driver of a 2015 Subaru Forrester was exiting the base’s north gate at the light. The light was yellow, police were able to determine.

A 2010 Ford Fusion was westbound on Paint Rock Rd. in the left lane, and rammed the Subaru.

The police investigation found that the Ford Fusion driver disregarded a red light and the driver will be cited. The Fusion driver was rushed to Shannon Medical Center complaining of chest pains, perhaps from airbag deployment.
