Assault Takes Over as Monday's Crime King

 

Monday, the San Angelo Police Department tended to 30 incidents and closed seven warrants

The number of thefts was lower than normal at just seven incidents, including vehicle burglaries and theft as small as $50 or less.

There were nine assaults, and a few phone threats and incidences of family violence.

In total, Tom Green County Jail booked 25 and released 26 inmates in a 24-hour period Monday.
