Thieves Thick on Monday

Gypsies, tramps and thieves, minus the gypsies and tramps. That’s what crime looked like in San Angelo Monday, when out of 28 calls for service on the SAPD’s Daily Incident report, 13 were for theft/burglary.

Tom Green County Jail saw 17 new inmates on Monday as well, two of which had theft/burglary related charges. While reports of theft took the overwhelming majority of all crime calls Monday, the arrest report shows a fairly even distribution of charges, with theft, assault, possession of a controlled substance, and marijuana all accounting for two arrests apiece.

There was only one DWI and one PI, and 19 inmates were released.

Here's a classic for you. [[{"fid":"1817","view_mode":"default","fields":{"format":"default"},"type":"media","attributes":{}}]]

I couldn't find where to rant about that, so I'll do it here: I couldn't help but me reminded of Harry Truman, quoting his grandfather... "Whenever I hear someone praying loud, I always want to go lock the smokehouse!"

we never discuss what goes on in the email in public. Google may have been hacked by the orator, and I don't want to be audited (-;
