According to manager Min Chen, in addition to traditional Chinese food, Grand China will also have a large selection of different types of sushi. Made-to-order stir fry is also available.

The interior of the restaurant resembles the style of the previous restaurant; however, the kitchen has been remodeled with all new cooking appliances, with an emphasis on efficiency and cleanliness.

The restaurant doesn’t take reservations, but there is more than one party area available.

The cost of the lunch buffet is $8.99. The dinner buffet is $11.99.

Grand China is hiring 10 to 12 additional wait staff and hostesses. Anyone interested in the positions should apply at the restaurant.
