The San Angelo Convention & Visitors Bureau, a Division of the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, is offering complimentary Texas Friendly Hospitality Training. We have two classes coming up at the end of the month - Wednesday, February 21 — 1-5 p.m. and Thursday, February 22 — 8 a.m.-Noon. Please share the attachment with your staff and other colleagues you feel would benefit in attending.
The classes will take place at the Comfort Hotel, 4450 W. Houston Harte Expy.
The Texas Friendly Hospitality Program, a customer service training program developed by Texas A&M Agrilife Extension, creates an environment fostering best practices in customer service. The San Angelo class is being taught by Margaret Hoogstra, Executive Director of the Texas Forts Trail Region and a San Angelo Convention & Visitors Bureau Board Member. The program helps staff cultivate the most up-to-date customer service skills, offers tips on how to retain loyal customers, and improve both external and internal customer service.
Please provide Diann Bayes, Vice President of the SACVB, at [email protected], with the following information if you plan to attend – Name, Business, and Email Address.
